Refunds and Returns

 REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was used to purchase the item and can take up to 10 days to be processed.

Exchanges will be issued as a Store Credit, which is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date.

Alternatively, if we have the product that you wish to exchange for in stock, you may return your piece for a swap. If the product you wish to exchange to is not in stock, you will be issued with a full store credit for the full amount of your purchase (excluding any postage fees).

Please note we do check the tracking information for the date the item was delivered and inspect items condition thoroughly on return. Your return may not be accepted if you fail to meet the above criteria, if this happens the item will be returned to you at your expense.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

We want you to love your new hair and feel confident wearing your beautiful piece. If for some reason something just doesn’t seem right, for example the cap feels too small or to too big or the colour is not what you thought it would be, then please read below for the steps to make a return request. 

 Please note that Mini's Wigs does NOT cover the cost of the return, nor is Mini's Wigs responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during the return process. We highly recommend purchasing postage insurance when you are returning an item.

 Prior to returning any products customers must request a Return authorisation number. 

This must be requested via email to info@miniswigs.com.au

Once the return has been approved you will be supplied an RMA#. 

The RMA# must be visible on the outside of the shipping box, or it may be refused and returned to sender.

Any items returned to us without approval will not be accepted and additional charges will incur for returning the item back to you.

 All returns/exchanges must be in transit back to Mini's Wigs within 5 days from the time of delivery. 

  • Please note we do check the tracking information for the date the item was delivered, and we inspect the condition of the items on return. 

 Items must be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION. The wigs and toppers may be tried on for suitability purposes only.  When trying on your wig or topper please ensure that you wear a wig cap and that your own hair is clean and does not contain any product or hair fibres, sprays, powders etc. 

The products must be returned in original condition and packaging including all tags remaining attached etc.  They can not be altered in any way, including washing, colouring, use of styling products, heat tools or cutting the lace.   The wig or topper must remain free of any odours, smoke, pets, perfumes, styling products.

  •   If an item is returned altered in any way (cut, colored etc) we cannot accept the return and it will be returned at sender’s expense.

 All items being returned must be shipped by courier or registered post with tracking and signature on delivery. We highly recommend purchasing postage insurance in case of loss or damage. Mini's Wigs is not responsible for items being returned that are damaged, lost or not received, and is not required to cover costs of any items that are damaged or lost in return transit. Please purchase insurance when returning an item.

 

NON-RETURNABLLE ITEMS

All items under hair care and accessories, hair care products and headwear.

Discontinued of Clearance items are not eligible for return, they are classified as a final sale.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your alternative hair thoroughly when you receive it, before washing it, restyling etc. You must notify us within the 72 hour time frame, if you believe the item is faulty. We cannot accept claims of fault on items that have been worn, restyled or altered in any way.

To inform us of a suspected fault:

  • Notify us via email: info@miniswigs.com.au please put in this your Name and Order Number, attach photos of the issue.
  • You may be requested to return the item to us for inspection, if it is deemed faulty we will repair or replace and reship to you.
